Although new to the nonprofit sector, Lauren brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her new role. As a strategic thinker and dynamic leader, she is committed to driving positive change and making a meaningful impact in the communities she serves.

 

Prior to joining the nonprofit sector, Lauren spent almost a decade in the real estate industry, where she honed her skills in business development, sales, and client management. Throughout her career, she consistently demonstrated her ability to drive results and exceed expectations. As she transitions to her new role, Lauren is excited to apply her skills and expertise to make a difference in the lives of others. With her heart for social impact and her dedication to excellence, Lauren is poised to become a valuable asset to the organization and a force for positive change in the community.

Lauren is a passionate advocate for creating recovery-friendly communities, a passion that is rooted in her own personal experience with addiction. In 2018, Lauren lost her cousin, who was like a little sister, to addiction, an experience that deeply impacted her and inspired her to become an agent for change. Since then, Lauren has been committed to raising awareness about addiction and the importance of ending the stigma attached to Substance Use Disorder. She believes that everyone deserves access to the resources and support they need to overcome addiction and lead healthy, fulfilling lives. As the Executive Director, Lauren is dedicated to creating innovative programs and initiatives that empower individuals in recovery and promote a culture of compassion and understanding. She works closely with community partners and stakeholders to build bridges and foster collaboration, bringing together individuals from all walks of life to work towards a common goal.

While Lauren is a dedicated Executive Director, she values the importance of having a fulfilling personal life. She is a proud dog lover and shares her home with her husband Bryan and their puppy Mabel. Whether she is leading her team at work or spending time with her family, she approaches every task with passion and purpose, and always strives to make a positive impact on those around her.
