Thomas Carter serves as the Regional Director of Freedom Energy Logistics, based in Auburn, NH. A familiar face around the business community, Thomas advises municipal and industrial energy consumers on energy procurement and renewables purchasing. In addition to serving his portfolio of clients, he also leverages his network to build partnerships across industry verticals for his firm.

 

In his volunteerism, Thomas is known as a community activist and is passionate about problem solving for regional issues. An advocate for both the arts and LGBTQ+ communities, he serves in a Community Advisory Board capacity for both The Palace Theatre, as well as The Currier Museum of Art in Manchester. After devoting time to understanding the challenges that the City was facing around homelessness, and the addiction and mental health crises, Thomas became additionally involved by joining the Good Samaritan Network as a Community Outreach Coordinator in the city of Manchester in 2019. After two years in this role, Thomas stepped aside to begin The Blueprint Collective- a quarterly collaborative for faith-based ministries and social workers of faith.

 

The Blueprint Collective continues to support Manchester-serving organizations and individuals. There they connect to needed resource, bridge gaps in community awareness and connectivity, and connect to free coaching and training from volunteer executives in the Blueprint Coaching Collective.

 

In his ‘spare time’ Thomas continues to pour into his environments to make them flourish; he enjoys spending time with his three children, investing in real estate in the White Mountains, perennial gardening, and honeybee keeping.
